The 'Transformer' controlled the whole world! |
Surely they have more favorable recollections than I, so today when I walked into this sun room I built last summer to do some more finish work, and saw this Christmas surprise, I thought I should take some pictures to share with Tom, Paul, George and Pat.
I know these pictures are not very good, but I was supposed to be working!
Check this out!
I appreciate the detail on these old trains! I'm sure all those moving parts and relatively thin pieces (railings on train, etc.) lent to its vulnerability, but made it so intriguing and FUN to a little girl!! or, big girl, or little boy, or . . . anyone!)
ReplyDeleteYou 'lil sis,
Barbara
Who you calling a little sis?
ReplyDeleteAnd why are you coming to the defense of your oldest brothers? Just because you are such a sweetheart. Ok then. Thanks for stopping by Barb!
Cool. I forget what we called that "transformer." Just like ours.

ReplyDeleteYeah, that was a wonderful set. Didn't last too long, did it?
ReplyDeleteSeems like when we were much smaller, we had a different train set with a transformer that was a bit bigger than an old Kodak Brownie camera.
